You'd need a steep overdrive, EFI, and a really good tuner for the EFI because it takes a lot to tune EFI for fuel mileage AND performance but it can be done. Heck my Mav gets 19 and can run 13s and it has 3.70:1 and no overdrive or EFI so it shouldn't be too hard. -CP
: hey, i dont know who out there reads hot rod magazine (i obviously do :) but the new (maybe new maybe not?) has 5 cars getting 20+mpg but still running the 1/4 in the 12's. anybody done this? i think that would be cool and it would be nicer on my wallet than filling it every block with gas.
