...and it makes it DAMN hard to pick up any "part cars" for a reasonable price! BTW I'm in the SF bay area and dislike the programs of this type personally, BUT I suppose the 'plus' to it is a large "influx" of older vehicles at the local "recyclers" from which to "shop". ( I guess I was raised to look for the "good" in all things)
