The C3-C7 289 heads will bring your Comp up to about 9.9, according to my chart. This all depends on how much money you want to spend. Port the intake and especially the exhaust ports out, install bigger valves, along with screw in studs/guide plates. The heads you have now are the same heads, Pretty much, just with bigger chambers. Or just put some Alumunium heads on and a blower,
