There is the:
1)Performer 289- stock replacement for mild performance to mid performance with limited top end RPM usage-good for street 2)Performer RPM- a little more speed oriented for speed, configured for higher lift/duration cams thus higher RPM 3)The new Air-Gap Performer, again a dual plane so good for street usage, but allows cool air to flow under the runners to cool the intake flow- I've only read about these, never have heard results from installation. The three above are Edelbrock's street recomended intakes. There are single plane intakes such as the Torker's from same company that are for higher RPM-more race applications. Good Luck |
