 8HE = 1978 Aug, 5th week, 2 47= 2.47 ratio gears, 9=9" ring gear other info is bearing and model info.


Can any of you guys decode this rear end tag for me, or tell me where to have it decoded. It supposedly came out of a Lincoln Versailles and is supposed to be a 9".....

It reads: WGB AB1 8HE
2 47 9 461B

Any help is appreciated!!!!
