Big Bumper

Has anyone ever moved the bumpers closer to the car on the big bumper Mav.? I am in the process of doing this,I got the back one moved about 2 1/4 inches closer to the car.(Clean look,no problem) I have been studying the front and I am just wondering if anyone has done it and how they did it? Thanks!
