Most well stocked "REAL" auto parts stores can make ac hoses. They carry all the different fittings and hose by the foot & can make anything you want. I would advise you to replace all the hoses since they deterioate with age. All your connections are sealed with O rings, Replace them too. If they make hoses, they will have the O rings.
