Ric; has to do with environmentalist wackos, and the pollution that older engines put out. So far, it gets little regard by thinking people, and just the environmental crowd thinks it is a good idea. I think a classic car that is spewing smoke and is unsafe should be restored or repaired and put to good use, not scrapped simply because it is old. If it is a Chevy, well, it may well be better off, but then again, the Chevy crowd would think the same of our Fords. Just my $.02.
