measurements for front suspension

In the process of putting on coil over suspension in the front, but I need the distance btween the top or bottom of the lower control arm and the bottom of the frame rail. A static measurement would be fine, but I could use the same measurement with the car on a jack. I wrote these down but some how lost them . Thanks.
