Any junkyard should haveyour extra trans cooler lines. However, they are not so hard to fabricate yourself. I have messed up a few myself, and had to teach myself how to make them. Get the steel line from any parts store. The trick is to learn how to bend it. The have tube benders, but in my experience I have learned that using the corner of a table works best. The trick is patience. Don't bend it in just one spot, that will mess it up. Take it and bend it slightly on the corner of the table, then move the line a fraction and bend it more, them move the line again and bend it, so that you don't over pressure one specific spot.
