Just thought everyone would like to know that the power steering hoses/lines for 71-77 are still readily available at O'Reilly and AutoZone for between $6 and $13 each. I have 5 on my '76 and replaced them all yesterday in 45 minutes.

Well worth the time & money to replace 25 year old lines!

ALSO: While I was at it, I replaced the power steering pump for $39.00 with a full lifetime warranty, no core (O'Reilly). I THOUGHT I had power steering before I put this on... NOT EVEN CLOSE! With the new pump/hoses/fluid I can very easily swing my Grant steering wheel stop to stop with my pinky finger!

Not a bad upgrade/maintenance item for less that $100 total!
