RickyRacer and I have worked together before--heed him, he's cool.Don't cut the P/S hose in half and rejoin it, there's a lot (up to 1500 psi) of pressure in there. Best to ask a shop to make you one. As for the oil pan, the larger dip is the rear sump. To fit this in the Mav, you'll want to find a front sump pickup and oil pan. Your issue here will be the oil dipstick--it was an issue with me. You'll have to figure out a way to move the dipstick forward to read accurately with the Mav's forward sump. I bought a cheesy chrome one from Schuck's Auto Supply, poked a hole in the side of my oil pan, stuck the tube in it, then cut and recalibrated the dipstick to read "full" at 5qts of oil. Good luck!
