You will do a lot of hunting for parts and a lot of custom work in every area like brakes for instance. Disc in the rear can be done a couple ways. Replace rear with a Lincoln disc brake rear or convert with an after market kit (very expensive). Then plumbing the the disc front and rear correctly will be an issue for you to understand as it must be done correctly because you are doing (rengineering). You will get into other issues as you proceed. Be prepared to into a lot of things. Good luck.
