What is torn up? Usually an upolstry shop can redo the seats and headliner. Then that carpet is fairly easy to replace (just watch out for the rust holes!) REally the only things that are left are the kick panels, dash and door panels. I can not tell where you can find them. I am getting the upolstry shop to recolor mine.
