I don't have steps but I can tell ya its a pain in the a**!! you must un do the hoses, undo the fan box it is heald on by one nut, then there are clips that go all around that black box, they all come off, but be care full not to break the fiberglass box!!!!!! after you get the clips off the box seperates and the bottom comes off, but I don't think this is the right way, but this is what I did. I wiggled the box back and fourth and it finaly came free, but somebody else before me did this all ready, and trashed the box, but I put it back and I'm searching for a replace ment, good old ducktape refixed the hole that were onec covered with fiberglass bondo!!! oooo ya sorry about that, after you get the box out, you end up with the heater core in there, and then there is the medal plates they all come off with bolts and basicly tak all that aprt and take out the core, it doesn't come out freely (well mine didn't) and to replace ment is putting it all back together in reverce. hope this helps, sorry for the long post, but wait to see what others have to say, mabe better, thats just what I did..
