I had two big bumpers sent to me in Pa. from California via the USPS. They wwere wrapped in plastic and shipped for about $40 with the impact plates still attached. They came perfect. Boxing the bumpers put them over the size limit, but the plastic sheeting worked perfectly.

:=Okay, some of you guys have asked me to update you regarding the 72 Grabber I just bought and fill you in on the parts that came with it.
:=It has taken me two trips with a 5X10 utility trailer to load all the parts and I still haven?t gotten the three engines or the body yet. I have done a preliminary inventory of most of the stuff although the second load of parts are still on the trailer. Have to make room for it before I unload. There are quite a few of the listed items below I intend on keeping. The remainder will all be for sale and I will list the easy to ship stuff on the classifieds for the members to see before I go to eBay with it. I have tried to show what I plan on keeping, at least for now.
:=
:=
:=1. Grabber front cap including excellent hood with scoops, all in very good condition, one fender needing minor repairs. Complete rear spoiler set? decklid rusted out. (Keeper)
:=2. Three 302 engines. (Keep one, the original)
:=3. One C4 transmission.
:=4. Front and rear bumpers, new, still in wrappers...perfect condition, 71-72. (Keeper)
:=5. Cast iron 4V intake manifold. (Keeper) for now
:=6. New Holley 4V 600 carb...still in box, in shrink wrap. (Keeper)
:=7. Four new chrome Keystone mags w/center caps...still in boxes. (Keeper) for now.
:=8. Complete set of chrome lug nuts with locks. (Keeper)
:=9. Disc brake setup taken from a 74 Maverick he parted out. (Keeper)
:=10. Front cap from the 74 Maverick...very nice condition, one fender with slight damage.
:=11. Both front fenders from a 72 Comet, both with slight front end damage.
:=12. Grabber bench seats fully recovered, front and rear...never sat in yet. I'm not sure I'll use them, would rather have the buckets. (Keeper) as of now but may sell.
:=13. Original wheel covers and trim rings.
:=14. New OEM dash pad still in the box. (Keeper)
:=15. New front suspension parts (inner and outer tie rods, lower control arms, upper ball joints, idler arm.) (Keeper)
:=16. New power steering hoses, including the short ones that connect to the control valve and cylinder.
:=17. New power steering control valve.
:=18. New power steering cylinder.
:=19. New 302 distributor. (Keeper)
:=20. New black carpet (J.C. Whitney box) Not sure how good it fits but looks okay. (Keeper)
:=21. New chrome oil dip stick and tube. (Keeper)
:=22. Two deck lids from a 4 door car, one was a 74 Mav, the other a 72 Comet.
:=23. Nice set of Comet tail lamps.
:=24. Three drive shafts.
:=25. Two fuel tanks?look very good. (Keep one)
:=26. Three sets of 302 exhaust manifolds.
:=27. Complete setup for factory A/C. (Keeper) for now
:=28. Several alternators, starters, 2V carbs, power steering pumps, 302 timing chain covers, compressors, pulleys, brackets, etc.
:=29. Numerous head lamps, park lamps, side markers.
:=30. Rear brake drums, powder coated. (Keeper)
:=31. Front & rear bumpers from 74 Mav?too heavy to keep around, will probably throw away. I had to help this guy pull these out of the attic of his house along with a set of front fenders. Whew!
:=32. Three am radios?I know you guys are dying to have these.
:=33. Several sets of V8 motor mounts, two cross members, trans mounts. (Keep some)
:=
:=There are still numerous parts I don?t have listed here. It may take me a week or two to really sort through this stuff but if you see something that interest you, let me know. Otherwise watch the classified section soon.
:=Thanks for your interest,
:=Ray Parrish.
curt; I need the front fenders for a comet, I also need a rear bumper for a '72
