how much for cowl vent repair?

anyone know about what a cowl vent repair should cost me if done correctly? I need to have it done and with my tax return it looks like it might happen soon. but I don't wanna get ripped off. and I don't wanna pay cheap and get a cheap job. so has anyone had any experience in this? if you know I"d appreciate your input thanks nick
