If you have a small air body saw you may be able to cut down to the crank and relieve the pressure on it. Another thing is to run a tap or bolt that will cut some threads in the bushing then take a small propane torch etc, and apply heat to the bushing. After getting it fairly hot, squirt it with cold water while screwing in the bolt. This should shrink the bushing and allow it to come out, a puller is usually used but sometimes we must improvise.
