Look on the rearend for a tag, that'll start you, then measure the brake shoes. dia and width, that'll get you in there. Take the tag down to a Ford dealer and they can break it down for you. This isn't mav related but you seem to know where to go to find other ford answers so I figured I would seek your help. My 82 F-250 has had the rear end replaced, how do I identify what I have so I can get the right brake parts, etc for it at the parts store? I think it is a Dana not a ford rear end. It is a full floating type where you have to pull the axle to get to the brakes.
