Well...(sigh)Sometimes ya gotta do what you think is best. Maybe you could look for a Mav in better overall condition and buy it. If you go to autotrader.com and go to the classic cars search. Then search for a mav you could find one to suit your needs. I saw one (listed near me,in Buford Ga.) that is a `72 Grabber 302,5 lug car with the original window sticker and owners manual in GOOD condition FOR $2,500 O.B.O. !! If only had the extra money I would go get it. Maybe you can find something like that to replace Alice??
