You are right. The Mustang 1979-up pumps are reverse rotation, and all serpentine belt trucks are reverse rotation as well. The Full size cars are the only serpentine regular rotation pumps made. The regular rotation pullies will only bolt up to regular rotation pumps, so it makes it easy to figure out as long as you aren't using aftermarket pullies.
So let me get this right a 1990 Crown Vic water pump will work with standard (old) rotation V belt pullies and will turn in the right direction? And its available in aluminum or cast iron?Thanks Russ
