1)Detach the pop-out window from the back at the latch-2 small bolts. 2)Take out the rear seat panel and remove the speed nut on the bottom of the trim.( this is a pain! more screws and take the seat out) 3)Remove the visible screw on the upper portion of the chrome trim. The first step above makes the 3rd step easier. The second step is fun!! Good luck
