My question is, for what reason the aluminum pump? Is it just to save weight and the Vic's is cheaper then Aftermarket?
If both weight and better cooling is the issue, go with Weiand. You get a better build, stronger pump that also cools more effectivily. Even if you underdrive it the Weiand pump will cool better, due to it's design.So let me get this right a 1990 Crown Vic water pump will work with standard (old) rotation V belt pullies and will turn in the right direction? And its available in aluminum or cast iron?Thanks Russ
