Looking for a Maverick I think I found a good deal can you help

I sold my datsun to by a ford and had to look hard for one in PA and I found one I can put a 302 in but A its in a junkyard B it rear axle is gone c the windows have been down for god knows how long but they said for $200 its mine and its a 2 door 73 the question is.... is this a junker or could it be a deal can someone help me since I am new at this with fords
