I am running the stock braces and am wondering if I switch over to a coil-over front end what I can do about replacing the bracing in the engine bay since there will be no shock towers to mount to.????

Don, they are there from the factory for a reason. Hint, hint hint. Yes they don't look very good but use something in there place that is acceptable. If you consider the height from the frame to the top of the towers, thats a lot of leverage for the frame rail to hold upright and ridged over time without help.
