With all the aftermarket upper control arms using screw in Chrysler ball joints, I have been getting together info on reaming out my Granada Spindles to accept them. I have found out that the Chrysler Volare ball joints is a 1.50 inch per foot taper, the same as Ford, you just have to enlarge the big and small end some. The Granada is .68 at the big end and .59 at the small end. The Volare is .72 at the big end and .60 at the small end. I have found a place that sells the reamer for 79.00 so it is a matter of ordering it tomorrow and reaming them out. I found a set of upper control arms for 189.00, with the Volare ball joints installed. The saga continues.
