Just wondering if someone has some info for me
I want to run a 91 302 (EFI) engine from a Mustang in my 72 Maverick with an original 6-I, and while I am at it I want to also put a manual tranny in.
Thanks

Pete, here is some of the info.
Computer, the wire harness, oxigen sensors in the exhaust, plumb a new fuel feed and return line, place the high pressure fuel pump, move battery to the trunk if using the 91 top manifold, rewire for the Mustang alternator, wire in the key start.
If the engine has auto flywheel, change over to standard flywheel and clutch assembly, bell housing, clutch cable, pedal assembly, V8 motor mounts and bottom support brace. Trans may need its mounting pad added on to the existing mount. Driveshaft may need length change, V8 radiator.
In addition, change over the front brakes to 5 lug disc and the rear to 5 lug 8" drum or 9" disc or drum brakes and valving with master cylinder. Exhaust system and a hunderd other little things you run into. Major job! Good luck,Ken
