I use Mastercoat from PM Industries. It's like a 90's version of POR-15, only better. I use it for ALL rust areas, as it lasts forever, (Get some on your habds while using it, and if you don't take it right off, you'll wear it for weeks!) I use it inside the tank and out. Once dry, gas has no effect on it and it permanantly seals it. I pour 1/4 can in and slosh it around. I've done this for 10 years and have never had one come back. We paint Mustang floors with it, and you can fill the car w/ water and put fish in- it'll never rust again! I don't know the number, but he's in NJ. Just call 800 info for Pat's #. It's better than the Eastwood!
