I registered for my son Spencer months ago for membership with MCCI and never got an email back for Pay Pal to pay his dues. We were hoping to attend as part of our Route 66 trip this summer.
Please contact us via email, as that will get you faster attention. Email the MCCI Membership Director and he will be happy to assist you: MCCIMembership@gmail.com
I will be coming Friday and Saturday. This will be my second event. Praying that my car will be complete.
I'll be there either Wednesday afternoon of Thursday morning. Hoping my Comet gets me there. Had a blast last year meeting great people.
Thanks for the kind words. We had 54 cars and over 300 people last year......so let's see how many will show up this year!!
Looking fwd too hanging out w/ U guy/folks again Rich! Also, planning on doing a few legs of the Power Tour this year. See you in Dayton!
Going to both the Gathering and the Round Up this year so my wife and I can meet and see the most cars and people, going to make for a long month but sometimes you just got to do it.
No, I limit it to about 250 mile trips and even that is a long ways for it, as much as I like Mavericks without upgrading seats to something a little more modern and comfortable it would kill me if the wife didnt first. I think my car probably has a record for most miles being hauled around on a trailer at close to 20,000. My 72 is just a little too warmed up for long trips but I am in the process of taming it down a touch at 65 mph it is running about 3,200 - 3,400 rpm hoping to drop it 1,000 If I was to take one of my cars on a long trip it would be the Stallion as it is much more comfortable and driver friendly
We drove to both several years...the longest was Joplin Mo. to D.C. 11 days 3,300 miles... a pic of us unpacking when we got home...
