I'm down the home stretch...getting my buckets and rear seats re-upholstered and have the seat tracks for the buckets cleaned and ready to install. A few questions as to how this all goes together.

There are two sets of springs for the tracks. I know the smaller ones attach to the seat adjuster levers so they will spring back into place and stay put. There are two much larger springs that I don't know where they go. Then on the spacer stands that go on the tunnel side of the tracks. Which direction does the bell shaped stand go and is it towards the front or rear of the seat? Thanks! Pictures help if possible!

Another question...the seat track adjustment lever has a black plastic knob. I bought new replacements but how do you get the old ones off? I tried pulling them straight back but they don't seem to want to budge. Any ideas?

Might have to use the trusty hack saw to get them off, if I recall correctly they are sorta barbed at the end
