found a 79 Granada for parts will the brake booster clear with a 351????? in my mav?

    my 351 has the tall valve covers to clear the rockers i put on it i can get all the parts i want off it for $125 bucks and he will pull them ??

    power brakes

    Probably not. But get it any way along with the pedal and see if it fits. If you have a cam that makes less then 12 inches vaccum at idle the power brakes might not work well anyway. Big cams kill power brakes. If you're going to race it much manual front discs and manual steering is the way to go. If the engine fails you still have brakes and steering.

    No way it will clear the booster, even with a small one. Our valve cover is only about 1 1/2" away from the master cylinder, even with the engine mounted a bit lower than normal.
