windshield replace

    i am changing the windshield on my 73 maverick.. i have a new rubber kit for it,,,on the small 1/8 round tab is there suppose to be a clip on everyone?? thanks

    So the rubber goes on first ??? Then glass...then clips then trim ???

    The rubber goes on the windshield with sealer first...then the windshield goes on the car with more sealer. Trim is the last thing going on

    the clips should be on before the glass goes in.

    I would wait till you get the glass in the car before putting sealer between the rubber and the glass.

    ok.. got the glass in... what order does the trim go on?? there is a small screw in each bottom corner...
    is this for trim ??
