302 roller, stock maverick ignition (coil and ignition box) i get a slight miss at about 2000 rpm. new cap, roter, wires and plugs. fresh engine build. seems to run without miss when the motor warms up. where would you look? what do you think the problem is?

Try backing out the carb's idle mixture screws an 1/8 turn.

Because the problem seems to clear up when the engine is warm makes me think the carb's idle or transition circuits are a little lean.
