Started on the roof today on the 71 & it looks like someone danced on the roof at one time. Sorry I forgot to take a before pic. It had curved dents all the way around the roof like the curve of the out side of your shoe.
nice work, roofs' aren't flat anywhere and not an easy repair. I used parts of 'pool noodles' with long strips of PS paper and curved to roof contour. haev fun
Patches had a dent on top of the passenger side roof, my body guy took his hammer and some different shape metal blocks and walked the dent out. he started about 12-14" from the dent and went around it until it popped back up. he called it...crowning the dent...
My buddy told me we still got alot to go, he said we got to get the roof right it well be the 1st part people see when looking at the car.

Thanks for the offer. My roof wasn't extremely bad but is wasn't as straight as I thought it was. We got it pretty close it's not perfect but it's not going to be a trailer queen show car, so it'll work out fine as a driver local show car. Dont pay attention to the dirty shop.
