Where in God's name can anybody get Maverick GT emblems?? I've Googled and Ebayed, and I've come up w/ nothing. Wonder if they're repoping them anywhere??

P.S. No, I don't have a Brazilian GT, but I think slappin' the emblems on my Mav would be pretty bitchin' nonetheless... adds 50 horsepower, right?? (y)

Well, I looked but they can only custom make emblems that are not of "copyrighted" images... Since I want an original-looking emblem, they can't make one since the emblem style is owned by ford... I read that they can't even do the Ford running pony haha

Haha, thanks, I was just in the process of trying to figure out how to get that exact pic onto this thread :Handshake

I like how that looks... If I could just get that GT badge, I think it would look good in juxtaposition with the American Maverick emblem. Note that the Brazilian one has no bull horns. I actually think it looks cooler the Brazilian way, but either way could work.

Now I'm curious... does anybody know of any Ford GT emblems that were made in the 60's - 70's that appear to be the same?

Possibly Torino, Fairlane... idk. I'm new to the Ford scene.

    So...
I guess I'll have to fly to a Brazilian junkyard??

Also the same as Fairlane...and a similar one on same year Mustangs (very plentiful)

I bet you could find that little chrome plaque with something else painted on it ans strip it clean and paint your own... Just another thought... I did that on the side of my Mach1 hood scoop that I had on a 1970 maverick, it had the little chrome badges that originally said 351 or something and I scraped them clean and painted 302 c.i.d. on them
