SCTV- "Walter Cronkite's brain"

    In the Episode of the Canadian sketch comedy show SCTV called "Walter Cronkite's brain" In the scene where Dave Thomas (As Cronkite) peels out and speeds down the street in a Corvette there is a (I think) 4 door brown Maverick parked alone on the street. I can't remember if it's a 2 or 4 door, but I remember it was brown.

    SCTV was cool,I grew up watching that stuff.

    I think it's not on TV anywhere. I have 4 box sets. If you can find a way to see it, don't miss out. It's good stuff.:thumbs2:

    Me, too actually. My grandparents had a gigantic satellite dish and a descrambler when I was growing up. it is a really funny show. I think Bill Needle might be my favorite original character, but Count Floyd is great, too.

    loved that show, reminds me of strange brew/W/ dave thomas and rich morranis EH HOSER?? leave it to you canadians...ancestors came from gaspe peninsula (st octave de metis)

    Yep- The Mckenzie brothers started out on SCTV doing "The Great White North". :yup:
