FWIW, I like it when they are called 69 1/2 It helps me to immediately know what it is and I just think it sounds sexy
I thought my car was a 70 until I joined this forum...thinking about changing my handle to mavron 69.5.....incidently, at the bank one day, a blonde bimbo said" what year is that car bro ?"...I said 691/2...she said ..."nice round number!" now there's a reason to get yourself one right there !If only I had the mav when I was younger...what a chick magnet...
Ask Ford if they ever made a 1969 Ford Maverick. The VIN starts with 0, they were considered 1970 model cars.
i know this, that's why i mentioned it's how you look at it. They're all tagged as 1970 models, but IF someone wanted to get technical about it then they could be considered '69 models just because of the 3 month early production. Calm down Jamie, i dont have to ask Ford... i was just simply stating, but if i wanted to then i'd call the one i worked at
I know what you're saying, but 1969 model year Mavericks do not exist, no matter how you look at it. Ok, I'm done now.
Then there are no 64.5 Mustangs either. Don't ask Ford... Ask the owner of a 64 Stang, or the owner of a 69 Maverick.
