Getting ready to paint the dash. I just got done molding in the AC vents. If anyone is interested, I took some late model AC vents and went to Lowes and found some PVC fittings that fit the vents. I then glassed in the face of the ashtray after grinding off the tabs that held it to the actual ashtray. I then cut out holes in the metal to fit the PVC pipe and glassed those in. I also molded the face of the AC controls flat so I can use it for a switch mount later. My controls to the Vintage air system is going in a center console, so I didn't need the AC control panel.

I like that a lot. Where did the vents come from?

That looks great. I was pretty confused until I read that you were using a Vintage Air setup.. I had been trying to figure out how you were going to hook them up to the factory plenum. The stock center vents are really too small. Those should work well.
