    Hey everyone!

I have a good question for you tech buffs out there. I am in dire need of a bell housing for a 200ci block. The thing is, I have one already for the 200 but the bellhousing is too small. I was thinking that the block I am working on is a later model block than the one that the bellhousing came off of. And that could mean they changed the block or something...sorry if I my thoughts are jumpy...cant think:hmmm: .

Do any of you know any codes? I was looking on ebay and found three that I could buy and here they are:
    5CDW
    5CD9
    5CDE

Good luck and please please please reply!

    Jeff

If the 200 bell housing won't fit, someone may have swapped a 250 in?

I first thought that too but its a 200 crank and the starter is at the top of the bell housing around 10 o clock and not at 5 oclock like a 250 would be.

    Thanks for the feedback though

All 200's have the same oil pan as well ... If the oil pans aren't the same they aren't both 200's ...

I have a 200 ci. bellhousing. The starter is at 10 oc. it is very small and it is on a C4 tranny.. wierd torque converter too. would be willing to get rid of all if interested.
    I'm in south west Indiana.
