Spring Rates

    1971 Mav with all the trimmings....302 Auto, Custom buckets, Power Brakes, A/C, PS, Grabber hood, spoiler, and mirrors.
    Does anyone know if different leaf springs were used on different types of Mavericks such as factory V8 cars or 4-doors? Logically, I would think that the 4-door springs would have a higher spring rate because they have to support more weight. If so, has anyone switched leaf springs?
