if it were a..."street car"...it would be more impressive to me...another..."big wheel motor stand"...
I'm sure him and all his sponsors have a plan sounds like they haven't quite got it ironed out just yet...as with any race car that's not "winning"..

Don't be so hard on them Frank. You know they only needed 1/2 lb. less air in the tires. And if the outside temperature was 2 degrees cooler along with 1 degree more timing it would be a different story altogether.

I'd just stuff a Coyote into a Pinto and be done with it. Faster is usually always cooler. lol

I would at least make it a Pinto wagon. EVERY Pinto coupe drag car that I have seen (short of properly-built Pro Stocks way back) has ended up crashing at the drag strip .... usually backwards, followed by upside-down, one went over the guardrail .... too short to run straight? ... too nose-heavy?

I would be carrying a St. Christopher medal with me if asked to drive one ... and I am not even Catholic ....lol.

Very cool car and I'm surprised they got it in there een with the modified shock towers. I figured it would need a M2 conversion.
