inline 6 motor size

    can someone tell me what size 6 i have d2de-6015-aa.. i was told it was a 250. thanks russ

    The 250 will have 4 bolts on the water pump...170-200 will have 3 bolts

    i counted 4 so its a 250. i'm trying to do a 302 swap figured out what was wrong the flexplate/ flywheel is to big. do you know what year f/f i need the motor is a 94 to fit the trans. would like to get it done today.

    For a 5.0 from '81-up you need a 157 tooth flexplate with 50oz balance, it's a aftermarket part only...

    All late 5.0 were mated to automatics with a 164 tooth flex...

    A 250 will have a 2-bolt starter (same as 302) and the 200 will have a 3-bolt starter. There are well-documented threads on this subject already.
