    They are the same. There is almost a noticeable texture to the paint if you were to look very close at it. I'll try to get a close-up of both when I get home.

    Paul,
    I agree. My NOS bezels have a noticeable texture to it, almost like 200 grit sandpaper. The Ford flat black code I used laid down smooth but almost no difference in color appearance. Maybe they threw in a little talc in the paint when they originally snot them.

    Most of my trim is powder coated flat black, the bezels are very close to the powder coat except for the texture.
