My box door is warped. Was going to try to bend it back into shape but realized its not metal. I'm thinking even if I were to find another blue one it may likely have the same issue.

Has anyone had any luck straightening one?

You could try clamping it to your level there so its straight and pouring HOT water on it...Immediately followed by COLD water...Outside of that...Not gonna have much luck getting it to come back. You could always scrounge up a straight one and paint it to match...Good luck...

I straightened an instrument bezel by placing washers under each end and clamping it. the washers caused the bezel to clamp past center. I left it in the sun all day then let it cool over night. it came within a few thousandths of being straight.

I was going to recommend clamping it to something straight and then placing it in sun, but as I have never tried it I refrained.

I was thinking clamp it straight and let it sit in the sun if that doesnt work the water trick might. theres really no going wrong its already bent so you cant hurt it
