Need help installing V8 frame mounts?

    Can't figure out how to install the V8 frame mounts on my car to make it a 302:confused: They just don't seem to go in right and line up with the holes, I don't even know which holes are the one it needs to line up with?

    Original 72 Sprint Owner, 71 Comet GT, 57 Ranchwagon, 57 4 dr Wagon
    The mounts have an R or L stamped on them and the offset goes to the rear. If they dont line up, maybe you dont have Maverick frame mounts. Got a pic?

    I don't have a pic but i do know for a fact they are maverick frame mounts. One of them does have and R on it.
