Thanks for all of the comments...I think I'm going to go with the non-reflective black Grabber striping on the sides. The body shop is supposed to put semi-gloss/satin black on the tail panel and hood.

All I can say is that I feel a really strong sense of relief in seeing that I might actually finish this car...it has taken so much more time, money, effort, and patience than I ever could have imagined.

Thanks to everyone who has shared their knowledge and experiences...seeing guys like Dan Hines, Craig Selvey, Sam Mangano, and many others actually complete projects has been a real inspiration to me.

Thanks ... but when did Craig Selvey complete his project? :)

I really like the color, it is going to be super bright! I guess you can tell by the reception that you did a great job at pleasing the masses even if it only mattered to please yourself. I think it is real cool to see someone going with a color that is so seldom used. Keep us posted.

The yellow 71 Grabber I have is supposed to be that color. I couldn't convince my son that was driving it how good it would look so I let him talk me into the yellow. Oh well, don't guess I'll ever know now just how good it would have looked since Katrina took care of her. It may find a new home soon. A State Farm adjuster saw it the other day and may be going to buy it and try to save her.:(
