Does any one over there do a front strut kit for the Maverick? Companys like Alostn or comp engineering ar Art Morrision, i think i spelt them right. Because if the do it would make things so much eayser for me to fit the Cleverland in one. Or dose anyone have the web address's for any of them. Thanks.

I have contemplated grafting in 2003 cobra suspension but would be a big project heavy in the mod department. I do think it could be done though.

I've been looking at a kit offered by Fat Man Fabrications that uses late model mustang strut parts. Check out www.fatmanfab.com (page 19), any feedback would be appreciated!

Struts and I don't get along too well. They take up too much room, and generally add way to much chamber in cornering unless you have very stiff springs. I know it's more fabrication work, but installing a mustang 2 or pinto double a arm is the the only way to go in my opinion. It cleans up the engine bay and gets the suspension under the engine and out of the way like it's supposed to be. Rod and custom even adjusts the angles for less front end dive during braking and less body roll in the corners.
