    Two 1973 LDO Mavericks (one 4 Drag one 4 driving like Mad on the roads :) ) also have a 75 6cyl Stock! Ok, well sort of Stock :P

    Hey thanks guys. The gas cap is a repop of the 65/66 Shelby. I like it also because it has the attaching cable. The grill emblem I made from a Shelby emblem. I cut a circle out of a piece of lexan for the lense & mounted it in the stock chrome surround. Did you guys notice the Cobra emblems on the lower front fenders? And the tri-bar headlights? In general I'm a Ford freak & have 5 other muscle car era Fords. I originally bought this Maverick as kind of a daily driver with no serious interest in it. But then things started spiraling out of control. I've actually had more fun modifying this car than many others I've done. I went with the luxury cruiser thing. 5.0 EFI, A/C, P/S, power discs, stereo, etc. I plan on driving it to the Monterey Historics in August, a 800 mile trip.
