I think i've seen a video on ebay for the C series trannys. Honestly,it's a very easy job to rebuild one. It doesn't get tricky until you start swapping out thrust washers for roller bearings.....then you start getting into some tricky stuff. I would suggest just getting an ATSG service manual and go for it!! If you have any problems just ask away.......there are PLENTY of 'know it alls' on here that can help you!!
Atsg Probably has a vidio for the c-4 as well they have vidio's for almost all of the books they make. Automatic Transmission Service Group ,They are a bunch of great Guy's.......Steve Does it make me a know it all If I know alot of them personally?? They have a shop here that they dicect the new transmissions when they are doing a new book......
