Frame Mounts for vV-8 conversion

    Can someone point me in the direction where I can get frame mounts for a Maverick conversion to a v-8. I have the Mustang frame mounts, but was told those will not work.

    I got my frame mounts from AutoKrafters.com you might want to try that.

    Ordered them from Crites today. I called AutoK. first and they wanted $159 = shipping which would have been close to $180 for frame mounts. I don't think so. I called Crites and $99/with $20 for shipping. The person mentioned Autok buys from them. What a mark-up huh!

    What year Stang frame mounts?
    Some DO work.
    66-70 are the same as ours except for the 2 piece design.
    They bolt up the same, you must use Maverick engine mounts though.
    The 64-65 V8 frame stands work too.
    They are slightly adjustable and must use the corresponding engine mount.
    Mav mounts will not work on the early stands.

    Btw:
    AK and Stalnacker both buy their parts from others for resale.
    So expect to PAY if you want something from either of them.
